French PBJs


Peanut butter
Grape or plum jelly
4 slices white bread
2 eggs beaten
Butter
Powdered Sugar

Make a PBJ sandwich with favorite peanut and jelly. Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons water in shallow bowl. Dip each sandwich in egg. Melt about 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and cook each sandwich on both sides until light brown. 

Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar and ENJOY!
